Muscle Essence has been providing fortnightly corporate massages to our staff since February 2018.

Staff in our office are predominantly seated for long periods of time in front of computer screens so this can cause lots of aches and discomfort to the upper body. Fortunately, Sophie visits our office once a fortnight and staff are able to book a time slot with her onsite which makes her service so convenient for staff as well as the business.

Sophie is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and always provides an excellent service. I would gladly recommend her to everyone I know.

After years of a troublesome neck and shoulder tension and joint pain I had my first appointment with Sophie. I had a Swedish massage with medium/firm pressure applied and it was amazing. Her Knowledge and skills are phenomenal and I felt totally transformed after just one hour. Sophie is personable and professional and makes you feel completely at ease. She is clearly very passionate about her work and takes great care to mindfully address any problem areas, offering very helpful guidance and advice throughout. As this was my first time with Sophie she also her time and followed up with a phone call the next week. Thanks Sophie for getting it right where others haven’t .
