Muscle Essence was established in 2017 by founder Sophie K, a qualified and passionate massage therapist, who offers professional therapeutic massage treatments including Sports, Acupressure (Trigger Point), Pregnancy, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Cupping, Swedish Relaxation, Corporate Office & Body Scrub massage.f

Sophie prides herself in taking time to provide a standout dedicated & consultative approach pre, during and post treatment, with particular focus on muscle rebound, injury prevention, muscle recovery and mind wellness. Sophie understands and appreciates the pressures on your body, posture and mind resulting from every day activity.
Her handpicked therapists, whilst showcasing their own unique styles and techniques, share her same passion in “fixing people” helping improve their quality of life.
They appreciate the importance and benefits of massage for not only mobility & muscle recovery and but also general wellbeing & mindfulness.

Our team is backed by experience therapists with attitudes of professionalism, care, honesty and integrity.  Our massage and body treatments are specially designed to help our clients improve mobility, manage chronic pain, ease muscle tensions and strains resulting from daily habits, demands and stresses. They also aim to speed up muscle recovery, improve flexibility and prevent injury.  Our  passion and focus is to:

Whilst Muscle Essence is based at our modern Niddrie premises, it’s professional partnerships and commitments are aligned to external organisations/clients including sport teams, small businesses, corporate offices, NDIS or essential home visits – all of which may require a mobile service – which is why appointments are highly recommended – to secure your massage treatment and get your body right sooner!

Additionally, Muscle Essence’s professional alliances include but are not limited to other allied health specialists – physio, osteo, psychologist centres, NDIS, solicitors.
