Direct Debit/EFT/PayID

ALL Debit and credit cards.

No discounts are given for cash payments

Credit Cards attract a standard fee of 1.9% regardless of card type.

ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS SECURE?

Credit card details are retained in a secure PSS compliant credit card facility.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND CLIENT FILE CONFiDENTIAL?

Yes, Muscle Essence retains records in secure locked files and within a secure online booking system.

HOW CAN I ADDRESS A CONCERN OR COMPLAINT?

Concerns & Complaints are an important part of providing a safe and responsible health service. Highlighting and resolving them can restore confidence, improve protocols and quality of service and avoid escalations. We take concerns/complaints serious and welcome your feedback.

In the first instance, please address your concern or complaint direct with  Sophie K, either by making an appointment to meet, or by:

CAN I CLAIM ON HEALTH COVER

Unfortunately I do not have a provider number, so NO, my treatments cannot be claimed on health cover.

However I will share what I commonly have fedback to me re price and results.  Clients are pleased to have long time aches immediately relieved of strain. They say the outcome of the treatments are worth my reasonable prices. All I can say, is give me a go.

Yes of course! If Certificates, Attainments, or Code of Conduct documents are not already displayed,  they can be made available for you to view on request.

IF I MISS AN APPOINTMENT DO I GET CHARGED?

There is significant impact to small business when you miss or change an appointment.

Muscle Essence is usually booked well in advance and understands that personal circumstances may require you to cancel or change an appointment.
Reminders are sent up to 48hrs prior to your appointment. Please respect our time and provide notice prior to the day of your appointment. This allows us to reschedule our day without gaps, fill the spot and fulfil another client’s needs.

It also ensures our therapists are paid for their time.

For these reasons:

– A $50 deposit may be required to secure your booking.
– late cancellations may attract a $50          – same day cancellations and “no shows” will attract a full session fee.

COVID-19 has created a unique and challenging period.

Through lockdowns, our practise remains CLOSED.

Post lockdowns, Muscle Essence reopens under DHHS and Vic government industry mandates and treats you by appointment only. 

Depending on density quota, reception may remain unmanned and our front door may remain locked during treatments. We encourage visitors or clients waiting for appointments to text and wait patiently.

Our Corporate Massage programs will continue to run as staff return to office sites.

Appreciating the impact of the emotional and physical tensions you may be experiencing, Muscle Essence retains a fun yet informative online presence to help you smile and self-manage aches, pains & strains during it’s absence.
