COVID-19 period has been a unique and challenging period.
Through Stage 4 shutdown, our practise remains CLOSED.
Through Stage 3 restrictions, Muscle Essence will reopen to treat you by appointment only.
Our Corporate Massage programs remain suspended due to company/organisation’s onsite visitor restrictions.
Appreciating the impact of the emotional and physical tensions you may be experiencing, Muscle Essence retains a fun yet informative online presence to help you smile and self-manage aches, pains & strains during it’s absence.

DHHS UPDATE for THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE during STAGE 3
On the 3rd April 2020, DHHS amended their Stage 3 essential services list to include “Therapeutic & Remedial Massage” as long as social distancing, hygiene and safety continued to be practised.
This decision was made because DHHS recognised the value in delivering these treatments in order to help keep people out of hospitals and other community health practises that would otherwise be overwhelmed. Since then I completed my online Infection Control Training – COVID19.
Muscle Essence is a sole trading therapeutic massage clinic, offering 1:1 treatments to its clients, focusing on “Encouraging Movement Through Massage”.
Muscle Essence has completed it’s own due diligence, hygiene procedures, training and preparedness, to treat you safely through Stage 3.

WHAT PAYMENTS DOES MUSCLE ESSENCE ACCEPT?
Muscle Essence accepts :
ALL Debit and credit cards.
No discounts are given for cash payments
Credit Cards attract a standard fee of 1.9% regardless of card type.
ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS SECURE?
Credit card details are retained in a secure PSS compliant credit card facility.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND CLIENT FILE CONFiDENTIAL?
Yes, Muscle Essence retains records in secure locked files and within a secure online booking system.

Concerns & Complaints are an important part of providing a safe and responsible health service. Highlighting and resolving them can restore confidence, improve protocols and quality of service and avoid escalations. We take concerns/complaints serious and welcome your feedback.

CAN I CLAIM ON HEALTH COVER
Unfortunately I do not have a provider number, so NO, my treatments cannot be claimed on health cover.
However I will share what I commonly have fedback to me re price and results. Clients are pleased to have long time aches immediately relieved of strain. They say the outcome of the treatments are worth my reasonable prices. All I can say, is give me a go.
