Appointment Terms
A deposit may be requested to secure bookings.
We make all efforts to send appointment reminders up to 48hrs prior. However, please add your appointment to your own calendar.
Cancellations can impact our small business in many ways. Please respect our time.
In light of transparency, we like to advise, a ‘scaling’ cancellation fee may apply to same day cancellations (fee is determined by notice period).
“No shows” attract a full session fee.
The Muscle Essence model is committed to contracted partnerships with external clients. These may require Muscle Essence to work offsite, making an online booking system too challenging to manage.
